Murphy’s Road Project: This Site is situated in Flat Bush in South Auckland. Currently, well over 1.5 kilometers of pipe has been installed, predominately 200mm PVC and 100mm PVC with just under 100 Lot Connections. The team at Construct Civil have out done themselves in these challenging conditions that winter has thrown at us.

This is a high-quality residential subdivision development involving the civil construction of earthworks, roads, stormwater, sewer drains and services. These projects consisted of the installation of over 3 kilometers of PE Watermain and over 100 lot connections!

Hobsonville Point Developments.

Because of our continued ability to deliver high-quality outcomes and our customer-focused approach, we have been repeatedly retained Dempsey Wood Civil on successive stages of this development and what we have achieved is impressive. We’ve basically built the infrastructure for a whole town. Majority of Watermain size installed here is 315mm and everything below!
In this growing and desired location of Auckland, the boys and Construct Civil Limited have installed 10’s of 1000’s of kilometers of PE watermain in the area and over 1000 lot connections to keep up with demand and growth of housing. No challenge is ever too big for the team!

Halls Farm Stage 1 Project in Orewa is a current labour of love which the Boys at Construct Civil Limited are nearing the completion of. Consisting of over 2 kilometers of 315mm, 250mm, 180mm, 125mm and 63mm PE pipe with over 100 new house connections. Its only going to get busier with the next 3 stages of the project adding a further 300+ lots!

Construct Civil Limited is undertaking the Utility works for up to 950 lots on a 49ha Greenfields site on the junction of Brigham Creek and Totara Roads in Whenuapai. Works commenced in 2015 and is being undertaken in six stages over a four year period.

A significant part of the contract works is the infrastructure upgrade works to service the Special Housing Area which includes the watermain network.

Therefore, in addition to the installation of over 7.5km of watermain reticulation within the subdivision – Construct Civil has installed approximately 6km of 315Ø Watercare watermain in the road corridor from Whenuapai 1 precinct along Brigham Creek and Trig Roads; and from the Whenuapai 2 Precinct along Brigham Creek Road and Fred Taylor Drive in live traffic conditions. The watermain was installed using open-trench and trench-less methods and Construct Civil also undertook testing, commissioning and connection to the Watercare network.

Scott Road Project in Hobsonville, was a sub division consisting of over 7 kilometers of PE watermain the Construct Civil crew smashed out for Dempsey Wood Civil.

Pipe Sizes varied from 250mm, 180mm, 125mm and 63mm PE pipe and included well over 600 lot connections!
